since it got forwarded from tech support it's really unclear atleast to me, if they see it as a new ticket or a ticket that has been replyed to since it say "yes" it has been replyed to
I have not been able to log on to the live server since patchday (last thursday) because somehow my retail key got deattached from my account
wile i do understand errors happend i do belive that getting customers back the access to the product they paid for should be a priority not having them sent around in the support system
How you guys manage to select a such a poor and confusing support system is beoynd me ,when there is so many simple easy to use systems out there
