Dear Cryptic
last thursday i DL'ed the new patch and logged in on my BG 5 ,did my dailys then decided to log out so i could log my captain alt in with the result i could not get back in to the live server only tribble
what 1st came to mind was ok the live server is prolly down, but it soon got clear to me this was not the case
so i made a ticket to tech support and explained i "only" have the option to select the tribble server in my launcher
after 2 days with alot! of waiting and back and forth it became clear there was no retail key attached to my account anymore and i got told to add a retail key to my acc ,but when i tried that i got the message it was allrdy in use
since it's not possible for me as a user to delete key's attached to my account it raises a few questions
How long does Cryptic consider it's resonable for a customer to wait (on 4th day now) to get an error made by Cryptic fixed?
Is these kinda errors to be expected? i mean should we make it a routine to check all key's attached to our acc is there on a daily basis?
since my ticket got forwarded to billing its marked as new but still says "yes" that its been replyed to
does billing see it as a ticket that been replyed to or as a new ticket?
Is it possible i could get a buddy key or something so i atleast can play wile i wait for this to get sorted?

yes i kinda knew that , it was more an attempt to get a cryptic representative to look at my post and maybe answer some of my question's
