Cdkey not functional - my ticket is ignored

Hey Cryptic,

It would be totally awesome if you didn't ignore your tickets, especially number 808300, which has been created FIVE DAYS AGO.
The cdkey included in the box is not functional, so I can't even play the damn thing and complain about the actual game. Which would be, you know, trendy.

/poke. Wake up, please.

Account /billing issues don't get much reply on a peer to peer support forum because of the sensitive information required.
You could call them if you wish quicker response or tell us your problme like what you are doing and the error messages you getting and maybe we can provide some pointers.

    Thanks for the reply man.
Well, it's not much to tell.
I've created this account on the site, opened a ticket, containing details about where I've purchased the game, the proof (receipt) and the actual cdkey, and started waiting :)
The cdkey is horribly printed on a small sticker glued to the side of the case where the disc is. After reading the instructions on the website, it would appear that the cdkey was reprinted from its usual location (the game manual) after the manual was localized to my native language. This is just speculation, though.
Anyway, the quality of the fonts is quite poor , making it easy to confuse "B" with "8". I've tried all the possible options with no luck. Obviously, I won't post the cdkey here :)

To be safe, I've contacted the retailer I've purchased the game from. No reply from them, either.

Fortunately (or not) I'm quite busy at work this week, so I can wait. If I don't get a reply soon...ish, I'll try the phone option.

    Stupid question.
Cryptic is asking a question about my ticket, but i have no reply option.
What do I do, edit the ticket and they get the update, or open a new one ?

    Thanks.

Open a new ticket, and refer to the original ticket number in your ticket title and response...
