I had a problem last week and it was resolved in 4 days.
I too have had the dreaded double billing affect me too. been some mysterious charges on the CC statements that my wife didnt pickup on until months down the road. So like everyone else i try to look around to see who i need to call and alas i fare no better than anyone else. what a disappointment! i cannot even get the (famous by this point) open ticket page to do thing other than search and find there are no matches. At this point i probably have no choice but to leave a game that i really was enjoying over such an easily fixable situation. i guess blizzard will once again be getting my monthly fees! At least they seem to have people around who will be somewhat reachable as oppsed to the cryptic people who apparently are all borg who are nonresponsive to stimuli because they are counting their money oh wait sorry jacked into the collective... :mad:

edit: I just tried to create a ticket and the system is fine, sure your doing it correctly?
I had this problem last month and its STILL not resolved..and guess what I was AGAIN double billed this month.
I find Cryptic Studios Support is less than usefull.
Can anyone supply the PH# for customer support?
I have been all over the website and have been unable to find it.
