    They can be exchanged for gear at the appropriate vendors. For Feds, the vendors are at K7.

    you duct tape them to the hull to help with the massive crit damage mitigation.........

    or you can spend them at venders for shinnies

    There are only 2 tools you ever need to fix any problem in the universe:
    • Duck Tape
    • WD-40
    If it moves and it shouldn't: use duck tape.
    If it doesn't move and it should: use WD-40.

    This is probably one of the best statements I have ever read on the internet. Except that its "Duct Tape". Unless the tape your speaking of is specifically designed to bind waterfowl together. :P

    Actually, it's either way, though there is supposed to be a distinct difference. DucT tape is supposed to be that shiny silver "aluminum foil" type tape that you use to fix heating ducts. DucK tape is supposed to be the gray stuff that everyone knows about and uses for everything.

    Over time they've become confused in the public consciousness.
