On the A-team, I heard it was an awful mess. It's mostly explosions and special effects is what I've been hearing with a story that seems to be slapped in there as an afterthought.

    Anyways, morning bump.

Well yeah I mostly go for the special effects and comedy. I don't expect an uber story or so, but then again... How many plots from the serie do you still remember? They mostly revolved about saving people in distress, building cool stuff and blowing everything up while kicking TRIBBLE. :p

I'd like to see the Ateam movie to. I don't think it will be an epic good movie, but fun to watch.

There was an itty bitty little tag with the Bavaria word on it. Not something I'd call noticeable, of course, but it was there.

But, as usual, they've probably gotten more marketing value out of it having been kicked out than they would've gotten if they were still sitting in the stands.

I really loved the movie last night, definately gonna buy it on dvd! I can also really recommend the movie if you like action movies in general. The storyline was perhaps not epic but entertaining enough and at least decent hehe. Lots of over the top action, Jessica Biel as eye candy, cool explosions and an angry BA who is scared of flying with fun comedy to watch. :p

BA was better casted then I thought, have to admit I had my doubts about him at first since Mr. T put down such an epic guy, but the new one definately lived up to him. ^_^

Oh and I can also recomment waiting for all the credits to disappear. I read about a small scene that was added after the credits with the original Face and Murdock in it, it's worth waiting for. :D

That was on their back yeah, but it's hardly noticeble. I didn't notice it at least until it was really pointed out. Imo FIFA really overreacted on this.

Yup true, but worst of all is that 2 of those babes might now end up in jail for 6 months, just for dancing and cheering at a soccer match in an orange dress... :(

I read that something like 17 of the 20 were local (SA) girls, but all I see about questioning and detaining was the Dutch girls. I wonder what is/was happening to the locals?

32 local girls actually (though 1 is a dutch student who is currently studying there). They let them off since they're only going to persue the organizers of the event. So the two leading women and Bavaria are in trouble.

As expected the streets were deserted yesterday during the soccer match. Glad we won't with 1 - 0 from Japan though. :D

I believe it's coming Thursday vs Cameroon (hope I spelled that right).

We already made it to the 1/8 finals, if we end up winning or having an equal score we're ensured of a first place in the pool too. Cameroon is already out of the WC anyways, so I expect to see our reserve players playing vs a demotivated team.

I saw most of Italy vs New Zealand as well, it was a pretty good match really. :D

Brasil vs Coast d'Azure (or w/e it's spelled) ended pretty lame, though was a decent match in general with some nice goals. I really hoped the underdog would have won though, usually I'm cheering for those since it's more fun that way if they actually do in. ;)
