If you bought the game from cryptic then when you go to your account page there should be a section for unsued keys. That where your key is.
To get the 30 days play time which is a subscription bonus
you have to do alll three things
    1. Enter the retail key (required)
    2. Select a renewing subscription option(required)
    3. Enter a valid payment method (credit card, gametime card, or paypal) required.

after you did all three and the payment method was verified then the 30 days subscription bonus will activate withthe game account. You will not be charged for the subscription until after the 30 days are used up.(on credit card and paypal) (on gamecard the 30 days will be added tothe time of the gamecard)

no, i ment that i downloaded the game client for free on the webdsite, i didnt pay for it, and there isnt a page for unused keys, just account info on subscriptions, extra features and ways to pay.

Regardless of the 30-day bonus, you need a retail key anyway.

This is why I wish people would stop referring to the first 30 days gametime as 'free'. It's not free, it's merely inclusive in the retail price. :)

Free trials, those are free. :)
