Wont let me reactivate my account...

Tried to reactivate but it wouldn't let me. Says to contact billing support.

Howerver the automated support ticket thing doesnt work for me either so I can't make a ticket.

    Same thing here, tried it twice and yet it took my credit card info for billing

    same here. It took my Credit Card with no probs. But:

    Recurring 1-Month CANCELLED
    Play Time Until: 04/05/2010

    +1Month added, but Account just barred. Thanks :P

    Same problem. Even got a confirmation e-mail saying my subscription had been renewed, but under My Account it still says cancelled.

    Unable to log in, I get a message saying "Please contact billing support" at the launcher.

    Tried using both the pre-saved credit card information and entering a new card's info. Sure hope it doesn't decide to bill me twice.

    Billing issues cannot be addressed on the forums for security and privacy reasons. You will have to contact billing support either by phone or ticket.

    Well, that's well and good, but I submitted my ticket Saturday, and I've now been on hold for about 15 minutes. And the first poster is unable to submit a ticket. Perhaps a push by an employee would help? I even got an "account reactivation successful" email, and STILL can't log in.

    Ok, after 25 minutes on hold I gave up. I went and tried to reactivate, got an error message, got a "successful" email, and still no login. I have not been able to play since Friday, and I'd really like some help, as I'm sure other people would, too.

    Billing isn't open over the weekend, so that's part of the reason you didn't get a reply. There was also the Easter holiday to factor in there, and I'm sure some folks left early, etc.. on Friday due to that.

    Try giving them a call again. Even if you have to wait a bit on hold, it'll be faster than the email backlog will be.

    Eh, my ticket is still unresolved. Time for a pirate force?

    Or maybe we should just upgrade to Jem'hadar. They have stealth, that's a Ninja thing.

    Yes, something is up with Billing. I last renewed for the One-Month Recurring on March 26, and I logged on just now to find my account Suspended with the direction to renew. Thinking, wow must have been a quick month, I did and now have access again, but at the cost of having to renew prematurely. : \

    *Check that, now crashing after every charachter selection. I don't even make it to gameplay.

    im having the same problem .ive submitted a ticket but no reply as of yet .i thought it was a problem on my end at first and clciked the reactive a second time so im hoping it doesnt take out 2 lots of money from me

    What is the normal time to get reply from a billing ticket? Because two of my fleet mates having problems with their accounts and they haven't recieved a reply for several days now.

    This same thing just happened on my second account (my son's acccount). Even though I added payment information when I opened it, it "looks" like when the first 30 days were up - I am not sure if the date is exactly right - it was flagged as suspended, and on the billing page I had the option to reactivate. I just tried that three times, got three confirmation e-mails but we still cannot log in. I sat on hold waiting for telephone support for 20 minutes when it struck me that, hey! this is a supreme waste of my time.

    I barely play my own account as it is, I'm sitting at RA 5 with nothing to do, I've been playing Warhammer Online again. I've kept both STO accounts as a show of support for the game, but if this doesn't get fixed real soon I will cancel both without remorse. No point in paying for something we can't access.

    Intresting...I haven't selected a new sub yet :P Checked my account and all thats happen is it says Gamecard: Active as it did before but without an end date :S

    Ok, so now I can logon and play as normal, but I noticed that the "play until-date" was the same day that unnecessarily renewed, which was yesterday, so I womder if when I logon on tonight if I will be asked to renew a third time....?

    Oh, and of course no response to my ticket, but it seems that it's still way too soon to expect that by Cryptic standards.

    What's going on? I am trying to pay Cryptic so I can play, I renewed, like everyone else....... but nothing. I get activation emails. I hope I am not getting charged 3 times....

    I love how a team member comes on and tells us to put in a ticket, and I can't even do that. I tried calling but I was on hold for 45 minutes!
