Reactivated Account, Received Email, Not Working

I just reactivated my account, and received the confirmation email saying I did so, but in my account management page, it still says it's Canceled. Tried to log into the game, says "Account error, please contact Billing Support". Also, the email that was sent, seemed bugged for some reason. Here is what it said:

Dear Caplet,
This email is to confirm that you have reactivated your !sub_name subscription. Thank you for subscribing to Star Trek Online! To manage your billing information, please visit your account dashboard.
See you in game!

One more thing. Clicking on the promotion from Del Taco for a 2 day trial doesn't work. Says to contact billing support.

    How did you reactive. did you enter a new payment. It may take a bit for the payment be verified. also I believe the del taco offer exired in march,

    but you will need to contact billing on monday about it.
