Start by heading to the upper right corner. Work counter clockwise around the room. The final platform should be in the lower right corner (nearest the entrnace)
From this platform, take out generator. Spread out a bit (watch the plasma fire) and just spam her. She's usually ridiculously stupid and flies right to the platform so it's easy to melee her. Just be sure not to cluster to much or her AoE can still ravage you.
She dies pretty fast now. But yeah...I was solo healing it earlier and hardly had to do anything at all. It was fabulous.
We all just got to one corner and meleed her to death. It was quick last night. No deaths. No wipes. Nothing.
I was on a couple of teams that did it this way and it worked. It also is what has really turned me off to the whole STF thing. You spend your time grinding for credits/badges/honor to equip your character with decent gear... only to use riflebutt to kill the bosses for the "challenging content". Something is a tad off with that design...

I -like- melee... I usually equip my chars with the 'Martial Manuevers' kit, which provides Leg Sweep and Lunge.
In combat, I unload with my weapon's expose or secondary attack, then plow into the fray, Rifle Butting, Palm Striking, Leg Sweeping, Lunging the most shielded or annoying MOBs (Swordmasters, Munitions, Officiers, etc.).
This usually keeps the MOB on the gound, flat on their back, -and- the martial attacks -still- work and do damage while they are flat out. Then while the cooldown on the martial attacks are going, the cooldown on my weapon attacks are over, and I can do some 'coup de grace' fire.
Rinse and Repeat, while the rest of the Away Team does 'cleanup'...
I pugged with a group (well it was me and a fleet m8 who runs it regularly) anyway we normally sit at the bottom right corner and pound her, but the other three apparently could not jump or something decided to stay in the middle. Of course they died due to the TRIBBLE ness of them and we killed her ourselves. :-)
