Just wondering if any one can tell me how to lodge a complaint with cryptic? I do not mean a help ticket either I have done that already.

And you're right. There's absolutely no point in sending an in-game GM petition or a bug report. They simply never respond to either.

Billing problems should be taken to the billing department.

At the bottom of the page there is even a phone number to call them.

this is not a billing issue , it has to do with a corrupted character and the fact that it has been 5 days with only one attempt at resolving the issue .
