Account Suspended? What did I do?

Hello all

I've tried to re-activate my subscription today only to find that my account has been suspended. I've tried to raise a ticket about this, but it won't let me.

Other than being rude to a couple of gold spammers who sent me a /t I haven't done anything that could warrant a ban/suspension and I've had no communication from Cryptic explaining what I'm supposed to have done and how to put it right.

Does anyone know how I can raise this issue with Cryptic without going through the ticket system?

    A suspended account has nothing to do with bad behavior, it just means the billing for your subscription isn't going through. You will have to put in a billing ticket if you haven't already.

    That's a relief. I thought I'd been naughty! lol

    I've re-entered my card details and received an email saying that my subscription has been reactivated, however in the account dashboard it still says that my account is "Suspended" but then goes on to tell me that I have "Play Time Until: Apr 8 2010"

    Shouldn't my "Play Time" be until this time next month as I reactivated my subscription today?

    Oh and it still won't let me create a "billing ticket" so I'm at a wee bit of a loss.

    At least I've been able to logon to the game client and run the patcher for now...

    Do you get an error when you go to http://startrekonline.com/support/billing ?

    Hello again and thanks for your continued help.

    I can get to that URL no problem and I can also access "http://www.startrekonline.com/tickets" however, when I try to create a ticket the links don't work. I've tried the ticket links in Firefox 3.6, Internet Explorer 7, Safari 4 and Google Chrome 4.1, with no success.

    Wait a minute, it's working all of a sudden! Talk about a bad IT day! lol

    Thanks for your help. I'm off to log a billing ticket now. :)
