Is your credit card refusing the transaction, i assume the minute you go for the life time sub your card is charged right away so it looks like its been refused....is it a actual credit card or a debit card(If its a debit card is there enough money in it to cover the transaction)....contacting your card holder company/ bank would be the quickest solution to resolving the problem, they will be able to tell you why the transaction failed and probably how to resolve it.
I was under the thinking that when you buy a lifetime member ship for a account that was already made that it will take into effect you next billing period. I think I read that somewhere I would try haveing a family member or friend call them on your behalf.
