I have yet to receive my borg tribble from the ptr event which i specifically attended to obtain it.
I have opened a ticket 4 days ago regarding this, and was given a canned response. I have updated the ticket as requested stating my full eligibility, and have opened a brand new ticket yesterday in an attempt to attract a GM response.
Any ideas how i can get this resolved, besides waiting days for it to appear?
I specifically copied my character over to the ptr during the event and spent at least a couple hours playing it so that i may get the bonus - only to find its taking a lot more effort than i anticipated to get it.
You have to get it, as well as your special "Crash-Test Tribble" title from the C-Store, under Special Unlocks. It doesn't just appear in your inventory.
dont want to sound like a meanie but, were you logged on for at least an hour continuously or did you log out at anytime? I made sure i was on for over an hour continuously. if you were then idk man, you are getting the short end of the stick and i hope you get your item. Cryptic is pretty awful with ticket responses.
EDIT: I find it ironic, that the second ticket i opened which referenced the first ticket, has WORD FOR WORD the exact same canned response.
I find it ironic that you feel the need to point out that you got a second canned response the the second ticket you submitted on the subject, like it's not a generated response telling you that you're in a class-action support school.
