Being a fan of ST:E, I was curious as to what map The Expanse was on (it should no longer exist in the form the NX-01 dealt with). Where is the Xindi home world now as well? Finally, I believe there is an upcoming major fight with the Sphere Builders in our timeline, has there been any mention of adding them to the game?
The sphere builders existed out of sync with time. So defeating their efforts in the 22nd century have also defeated any of their attempts they made in the prior (time-mechanics wise, prior) 25th century attempts.
The sphere builders tried their 22nd century attempts because they lost in the 25th century.
With temporal cold wars resetting timelines, then the way the species exists outside of normal measures of time and reality, well, whenever they cancel an idea, it ceases to ever have happened in our dimension.
Hence since they failed twice, and there's been some temporal resets, we should not see any evidence of either attempt.

If you look at this map Xindus is "south" of Betazed and the Betreka nebula ( in grid K13 ) and "north" from Cetus, but as mentioned above, the timeline has possibly shifted away from a future battle with the Sphere Builders.

Complicated I know
I think Miles O'Brien said it best
"I hate temporal mechanics."
I think this question is about where the Expanse would have been - and thus where the Xindi homeworld ought to be, in space (presuming the Xindi were merely manipulated by the Sphere Builders, not actually created by them) ... based on my brief research (Memory Alpha & other wikis), this has never been definitively answered, though it is speculated that the Cardassians/Ferengi/etc were not contacted by the Federation until the 24th century because they were in (or on the other side of) where the Expanse had been / not been. So... over there?
I think that getting to deal with the temporal cold war will be something fun to look forward to in future Seasons of STO. Hopefully we can get some answers as we work through the episodes of those quest lines. (Though if we get PvE content for Klingons and playable Romulans & Cardassians before they get around to a Season that involves the temporal cold war, that's fine with me!)
