Has anyone else noticed that on t1, t2 and t3 Klingons win like 90% of matches but on t4 the roles are reversed? Can anyone please shed light on this phenomenon?
I have noticed this as well. And I am wondering the same thing. I still play like I did when I was a T1,2,3 but some of the players I have been with in T4 just are not grasping the concept of for example Salvage Operations large and small where holding space is the important part of the pvp match.
If you want to go and shoot it up go to an arena and shoot it up there, Holding space is not about shooting it up unless you own the whole board and are pushing the other team back at the spawn point.
And lately it seems as soon as the Klingon's start losing they just give up where as in the lower tiers I remember many times we have come up from behind and won.
Wondering why we can't have that same mentality in T4?
I imagine that it is simply the quality of the players. When I was in T3 the Feds were winning about half of the time; then I got to T4 and Feds are winning more often than losing. Of course, it's mostly the same people, who are moving up the ranks at more or less the same rate I am; we are just improving as we go.
There seem to be more Feds using PvP as a means of advancement rather than just as a change of pace these days; so inevitably, the average level of skill would increase.
T1-3 I had won roughly 60% of my PvP engagements as a Fed.
T4 I have won only once. (roughly 7%). At T4, any direct confrontation is insta-win for Klingons it seems. Only hope is the capture and hold maps where Klingons get trigger happy and just fight instead of get the flags.
