What is the Arc Client?
Install Arc

Patcher won't maximize.

I had absolutely NO problem with STO patching, loading up, and playing. since yesterday's and last night's maintenance when I click the Desktop icon to play the patcher (I assume) comes up minimized beside my "Start" button and you can't maximize it. When you right click it the only options it gives are "Move" and "Minimize". Is anyone having this problem, or know how to fix it? Thank you in advance for your replies.

and just to add to this, as they may be the same problem. I tried launching just the client, and after attempting to log in I am seeing a timeout on the account server.

it appears there isn't enough people having the same problem as us, I have filled out a ticket and would suggest you do the same in the mean time. chances are it won't be responded to quickly though :(

Had this issue about two weeks ago. You need to bring up task manager (hold ctrl alt delete) and look for the STO process, right click it, and click maximize from there. Worked fine for me with no more problems. Not sure what causes it. Good luck!
