First Officers

I am working my way throught the game nicely I think, enjoying myself very much and finding few bugs. This is my first MMPOG or whatever the term is, and I am a huge star trek fan so it is really a great ride, despite the tickets I post being basically ignored. Oh, and I have irritation at not being given hints when I ask for them, regardless of their idiotic reasoning. That alone decreases my fun level.

But anyway, I read that First Officers are coming soon. I would like to know when, if they will be like another crewmember stuck in one career category or not, will they be an "automatic" bridge station owner of will they have to take up one of the existing ones, etc. The main thing is WHEN. I only joined recently, and had to recreate a lot of officers I wanted. I have my ideal crew in mind already, from their written biographies and career and personal histories down to their looks and abilities. Coordinating these things with the options I am given in the game is challenging, and I need as much info as possible.

I don't plan to use a ship higher than the Defiant-class one, because that is the ideal one for me station-wise. I'd PREFER to adjust the looks to resemble Voyager, but I need the tactical stations. I would hope that eventually, we can have a ship that you can change stations on for different missions or whatever. Ideally, one of each station locked-in and several flip-stations makes sense. I also don't plan to take the rank of Admiral, so I hope I can keep my Captain rank (or at least stay addressed as Captain) in the game.

My MAIN concern is that every time I post a ticket with an issue, I get some automatic response and NO ANSWER from a real person. I mean, I am paying money every month and bought the game and want to feel that my concerns are being addressed. It is wrong to not take a minute out to email me a response personally at some point, and I feel that I am beaing cheated. You get paid by my playing the game, and my concerns should be addressed. This is customer service, and I want a PERSON to answer me. It is unprofessional and rude. Don't give me the excuse about not having the time, because you can do it a week or two later. SHOW ME YOU APPRECIATE ME, PLEASE! And that you have read the entire message I have took the time out to send to you.

My birthday is in a few hours, and your site is down for maintenance AGAIN. First it was a patch a few days ago, then downloading or whatever the info from it the NEXT time I wanted to go online, then yesterday was a maintenance, and now today ANOTHER one. It is my birthday damnit, and this is incredible. I JUST paid for my monthly membership fee a few days ago, and haven't been able to play SINCE! Two days in a row is just killing me, because well, today is Saturday and I only have tomorrow to play. This, after just paying you is like slapping me in the face. Not to mention you people sending me some BS answer to my tickets and not taking the time to personalize it or explain to me what is goi8ng on is just plain unfair, and makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of.

I have gotten over a dozen people to start playing from my Star Trek Fan Club, which I am the president of in Broward County, Florida. I have promoted the game to several of my friends as well, and they have tried the trial version as well. For me to go out of my way like this and do right by you when my tickets are treated so impersonally and with utter lack of care is intolerable. If I didn't enjoy the game, I would be angrier than I am and probably just cancel my subscription at this kind of treatment.

I am not asking for a free anything, an apology, an excuse or reason WHY these things are going on. None of that. Just for someone to take the freaking time to respond is all. Take a week or two until you get to me, that's fine. But a little courtesy would go a long way. If you keep treating people this way, I would not be surprised if we stop playing. I am getting to that point, and please remember that without us, there would be no you. The Star Trek Fan is what makes this work, and I am as representative of us as anyone. Well-spoken, professional, and understanding. Qualities that I have seen you lacking in your past treatment of my tickets, concerns, and posts.

Please treat me as I have treated you thus far...Fairly, honestly, and with a hearty dose of understanding.

as this is your first mmo there are w few things you will learn.
1 tickets will be done in a timly manner(1 hour to 1 week)
2 gms help if they see you ( not very often)
3 spammers will always find a way to bug you.
4 coming soon means when we think we got it working( expect at least 1 fix patch )
5 anything you think will advance the game the devs say it will unbalance the game.
im sure there many more better and worse than these but you get the point take what the game give live with it love it then just bear with the mistakes till they are fixed

I appreciate you. Happy Birthday! I hope you get everything you wish for... no matter how selfish that sounds.
