Please do something @Devs!

Look at these posts in your technical issues forum. We can't play. For example, for two days I cant play raidisones because of getting the full house of all possible problems: Bugs, disconnects, incredible lags and low fps. The last patch ruined the perfomance completely. Why do you release patches if they destroy ur game?!

Whats going on? Are we paying betatesters?

I always heard that insulting them works but have never seen it proven. Good luck with that.

Did I miss out an official dev post claiming the actual problems? Instead of that I've seen some posts like "try to reduce ur world detail settings". ROFLMAO.

The game has rapidly become unplayable since the last major update and the introduction of Season 1. It would appear that this major addition to the game has been rushed and created great instability into game when, some would argue, the game already suffered from a number of stability and structural issues. The technical support being offered is almost non-existent, where are the posts from the Admins telling people what is happening? What do you the developers seem so reluctant to engage with the gamers. The success in projects like this come from a well developed gaming experience reinforced by an active dialogue between the developers and the gaming community. The communication from the DEVS has beeen apalling and serious questions need answering. For the game to be so unstable so early on and to be unplayable on a weekend is a disaster for all concerned. Please DEVS get this sorted and treat your paying customers with respect by communicating with them

Yea i tried that i tried starting the game in SAFE MODE and it always times out before i can even load a map, and that's if i can get past the "retrieving characters" screen. I HATE this patch it is ruining the game. If this goes on much longer i will UNSUBSCRIBE for at least 3-6 months, possibly by then they will have gotten their game together! I used to think this game is awesome right now it sucks too much for me to continue that description.:mad:

Keep in mind that the patch is only 2 days old. There are bound to be issues with the patch when it goes live since they do not test i t on the same server we use for regular gameplay (most likely its an old POS server they have lying in the basement). Therefor when they send the patch live, the server configuration is different and can cause problems, the sheer difference in the amount of people can cause major problems as well. Something that ran fine ona test server of 100 people is not going to run the same on a server of 1000.

Give them a lil time, about a week or so, so they can at least figure out where the mistakes in the code were made.

Most likely the reason they aren't giving much info is they arent quite sure whats wrong yet.

They've told us they are working on it which to me translates to "We have a problem we jsut dont know what it is yet".

I'd rather have a company wait untill they have a good solid report to give us on whats wrong rather than one that is going speculate on whats wrong just so they can have an explanation to quell the community.

But i do agree, a lil more achkowledgement from the devs would be nice, Even if they dont tell us whats wrong, at least makes aware of whether or not they are listening to us.
