I think they should have one of the famous Klingon actors do a voiceover instead.
Michael Dorn - Worf
Robert O'Reilly - Gowron
J.G. Hertzler - Martok
John Colicos - Kor
Opinions?
Well I love it. Change it to one of the above mentioned if you want. But it is WAY better than Fed computer lady telling me shields are down. It's soothing to my hears. =D

Thats your opinion. But I like it and Im pretty sure others like it as well. While players would appreciate Worfs voice or Gowrons, I think those would be better for narration and not the computer. The computer voice should be robotic in a sense, as it is a.....computer.
I agree. But at the same time, sure beats the Fed voice. I hated that I felt like I was in a Fed ship just because of the voice. I like it much better now, but do wish they had picked a different voice.

They should have a variety of voices for Feds and KDF both.
Then you can choose your Bridge, and the voice too.
Much too much robo-testosterone.

Neat idea. Not sure about everyone, though I know the legendary John Colicos passed away some time ago.

Now that would be be brilliant! I would pay cash money to have Lucy Lawless be the voice of my Klingon ship computer, or Snoop Dog to voice my Fed.

But at the same time, the Fed voice sounds like a person speaking... not like a Borg.
I like this idea!
