I think that picking 10 till 12 on a Saturday, a peak time is madness unless you have no interest in keeping your EU customers happy. Not to mention you have already overrun by 30 mins am I going to get on at all today ?
And do you have any sort of management team there ? The Frustration I'm starting to feel is really getting me down as I want to love this game but your not making it easy for me !
I agree, and I would even kinda understand it, if they did maintenance during European primetime once per month or so and balanced it out with primetime maintenance in other regions around the planet, but they're doing this to us in Europe almost every single weekend! I work all week and only have the weekend to play, so this hugely impacts my game experience - I already start to regret that I bought the lifetime subscription.

Conviniently this downtime gave me just enough time to download and install Eve online
This is also the reason why the servers blow up exactly once school is out or they get home from work.
The real problem is that their servers TRIBBLE up regularly - despite being down to roughly 100k subs after they sold so many more copies.
8am US time is fine for them. But this eats right into peak times for us...
How about some sort of announcement rather than cheekily changing it in the patcher?
So it seems the eu players are being totally ignored all becuase we are lucky enough not live in the good old US of A
well back to decent game then with EU servers
I love Star trek and hoped this game would be great, seems a bad company is gonna run it in to the ground after promising so much
They could at least take responsibility and give some sort of answer.
