I get the message "Account Error, please contact Billing Support" everytime i login - i already created a ticket decades ago but NOBODY ANSWERS ME.
Could somebody help me or am i stuck with a non-functioning game here?

I activated this key via the website, i entered my account data but the game still doesnt work
well, a screenshot of a german loading screen, while interesting, doesn't help me help you (I speak english and can swear in japanese...) Honestly i think you have got to call cryptic, if nothing else getting someone on the phone will give you someone to help you immediately.
