Account Error, nobody answers on the ticket-system

I get the message "Account Error, please contact Billing Support" everytime i login - i already created a ticket decades ago but NOBODY ANSWERS ME.
Could somebody help me or am i stuck with a non-functioning game here?

    i would say teh same phone them in teh back of your book you got with teh game is afew numb ers aswell you can try

    no, since i already invested a lot of money in this game i wont do so any more - i've seen posts of cryptic-members here who answered questions like this ... maybe someone of them could help me, too?

    I activated this key via the website, i entered my account data but the game still doesnt work

    well, a screenshot of a german loading screen, while interesting, doesn't help me help you (I speak english and can swear in japanese...) Honestly i think you have got to call cryptic, if nothing else getting someone on the phone will give you someone to help you immediately.

    Looks like your subscriptions run out or you haven't put in your retail key.

    Maybe I can help you. I had a similar problem, I bought a digital key on ebay and a few days later I wasn't able to login anymore.

    it appears i got tricked, too ... my "official retail cd key" was in fact a GTC - at least i got my money back so i can buy a retail copy
