You stated before release that there was approx 80 hrs of gameplay available. It shouldn't have been to hard to figure out that if the average gamer only played 2 hrs a day they would have done everthing and maxed out after 40 days therefore the 45 day patch would have need a lot of new content to persuade monthly or quarterly subscribers to keep on paying.

Or, after 40 days maybe people might, you know, roll another toon? Possibly try the other faction they hadn't tried yet?

Not interested bought the game to be a Fed. Oh wait you mean be a science officer instead of tac just so I can do the very same missions again. Thanks I'd rather have a tooth pulled without anesthetic.
I don't mind grinding if there is some variety and purpose but I'm flying around in a purpled cruiser with 10 Commander BO's all maxed out in their skills so their is absolutly no incentive to scan another planet or fight off another 6 sets of ships.
There has never been another game that launched letting you get to max so quickly and I really wanted this to keep me playing for a long time. Looks like I'll be transferring to the Fleet Reserve for 6 months.

I could see that if there was more than one way to go through the story missions but there isn't. Klingons are a joke at this time as they're still not even close to complete.
Well my /played shows 40 hrs already and I'm only Lt. Comm 5 so I think it'll take me a lot longer then 80 hrs to max level even before I start working on my build. For a casual player like me I think the game is pretty well paced , though I do understand more hardcore players are finding it hard to find things to do at the endgame. Essentially what 'm saying is crptic can only produce so much new content (like the two 'raids' that have already been added) and no game will ever be able to produce enough content to keep some of the more commited players happy, unfortunatly.
It's the same in every other game I've played some people complaining there is not enough content while most are just happy to grind through what there is or find other methods of enjoying the game other than concentrating on a main charecter ie. alting, crafting, PvP etc.
Hopefully you can find something to keep you amused ingame or possibly find another game you do enjoy to fill the gaps in your playtime.

On the plus side, anyone who answers an ad for a mathematicion will probably work for low pay.
