Hey gang,

If you buy one (or more) bridge packs from the C-Store do you also have to pay Energy Credits to mount them on your ship? Seems kinda wrong to have to spend real cash and in game cash to use the bridges.

Anyone know?

Thanks,
Duncan

No, if I pick my Klingon bridges, it always charges 0 EC. No idea on Fed side, but should be the same.

Can all the bridges be used on any ship or only the ones listed in the bridge pack?

ANy of them can be used on any ship. (Only fed ships can use fed bridges, of course.)

After I bought them, it did not charge me to change bridges. May of been a one time freebie?

Though I haven't been charged anything for changing the new bridges around themselves - it always charges me the "800" EC "brokers fee" as I call it (just going into custom screen altomatically charges 800 EC on top of any changes you make... why I don't know - I guess its commission hehe :D )

You don't get charged if you cancel of course, but to check out all 4 did cost me 3200 (but, since I'm not broke atm... the 3200 was ok, I just picked up a MK 9 Engine as a drop on the next run and vendor'ed it) :)
