brother is going to buy the game, he doesn't care about things like NX prefix etc, so if he got the DDE, how many codes does he get? a separate code for each thing and I could just enter the NX prefix one on my account, or is everything tied to a single Cd-key?
also what about this new Radiometric Converter item? is that tied to a single key or a new separate one?
You should just get 1 code to apply to an account. That code gives you the retail version so you can play the game, as well as the special items you get from buying the DDE.

All of the perks from a particular purchase, including the ability to play the game, are tied to the single code that comes in that "box" and can be applied to only one account. The items you get cannot be traded, and they have a value of 0 EC so they cannot be sold. Sorry.

have you guys bought the DDE from direct 2 drive?
I got the DLGamer DDE version
If you're already activated any playing, I doubt you can use your brother's code to activate perks on YOUR account.
If you really want them, give your brother your account, and take the DDE account with the perks
