I was under the impression that the purpose of the pre-patch being downloaded previous to patch day was to prevent all of us from having to download it at the same time on patch day, thus avoiding long delays for the download and easing strain the game servers and bandwidth.
It does not seem to have worked as intended.
My system downloaded the pre-patch several times prior to patch day. Why it needed to download the same material those several times I never did know. Evidently it never got it right, because now that the patch has gone live and I am attempting to log in to check out the new content, it is downloading the patch once again. Slowly.
I am no computer expert but I do believe that the pre-patch process has failed.
It is too late to make it work right this time. Perhaps you can figure out what went wrong and get it right next time. It really was a good idea. The execution has left something to be desired.

the evidence isclear- maybe it is a real big good patch which would be optimal at the spot at which i have stopped
Again, just confirmation that this company is bush-league.
