I quit playing over a month ago after getting tired of waiting 6+ hours for a form-letter "living, evolving experience" garbage from the GMs instead of getting actual help.
At the time someone from Cryptic responded in this forum and promised that GM support was going to be dramatically improved.
Came back today for the first time, a month later, and sure enough, the second mission I did, which took two hours, gave me no credit after completing it. So I submitted a ticket, hoping to see this vastly improved GM support.
Lol.
Over an hour later, still no ticket response, and the sticky "Top GM Issues" thread confirms that I can expect no *actual* help from any GM, despite
what the FAQ promises:
Question: What is a Game Master and what is it they can do?
Answer: Game Masters are here to support you. They are to make sure that things that arent supposed to happen get corrected. They are not here to give you hints, cheats, secret weapons, etc. They do help you with bugs, glitches, IP violations, and harassment. They make sure that everyone has fun together.

To believe this, you would have to believe they have no logs whatsoever from the two hours of my activity inside the multiple instances that comprise this mission, dozens if not hundreds of mob/ship kills, and completion of all the sub-missions that are necessary to advance to each succeeding stage. Total BS.
More likely, the above is just the new form message that they send to everyone.
