Major No No for QA Team !!

I recently entered a ticket for a bugged mission called "By Any Means". The problem is that after you have completed the mission (the game tells you the mission is complete) and when you leave to sector space the mission resets and you don't get credit for completing it.

The response I received was that Cryptic already new about the problem and would eventually fix it. I have news for you...you DISABLE the mission, you don't let players waste 40 minutes or more on a mission that has a major completion bug.

So now I have to wonder how many more missions are like this and Cryptic is just letting it roll as is. The only thing worse than this is turning off the servers. The hard core player base will put up with this, but the majority of your player base are casual players. Your fan base is much older, have graduated college, have jobs, mortgages, and Limited time (Casual players).

Most of the bugs are not deal killers and you can work around them. I know the game is young and you have to put out the biggest fires first. But not allowing your players to complete missions / quests is one of the biggest fires you can have.

Make some serious changes to QA priorities or your going to see your subscriptions drop off dramatically.

    That's why I usually call the mission in, before I leave the system.
