I realize that Chroniton projectiles are an Admiral level skill, and as such, require a stupidly high number of skill points to max out.
However, if you use Chroniton Mines for the debuff (as opposed to using them for damage), wouldn't they potentially be incredibly powerful? -100% turn rate every time an enemy gets hit by a mine seems to be pretty valuable to me. Or is it a 2.5% chance proc for the -100% turn rate?
pretty sure its 2.5% which makes it utterly useless as with all mines and any type of proc torpedo
I mean I guess I dunno if you had several mine slots or a team effort but yea. Better to just stick with what works.
i was doing my klingon daily, C&H was match i was in. I was in a 1 v 1 at one of the points versus a fleet escort ship. (bad w/ names don't recall the player)
He was laying mines, which this post is about, and I was trying to turn, but the mines got me first, and i was thinking "why, am not turning." then it hit me "wow, those mines really do sux for any players caught in it"

Is that for the mines, or the torpedos?
