Hey there, I have a question about Perpetuals concept art.
I remember there was a large picture of what looked like a dome city at Starfleet. Might not have been at Starfleet but it was similar to this image:

One thing I remember in the image is you could see inside of a room on the lower right corner and there was a bed with a large wood floor and some panels.
I Googled like crazy and cannot find it, help please? Thanks.

This image is concept art fot STO but Im affraid that this was made by a company than went bust prior to Cryptic taking the helm.
So dont expect to fine the impression of Starfleet Academy any time soon in the game!

Yeah, thus why I said "Perpetual's" art. Perpetual was the company that went bust. It was a fantastic picture, would love to see it again.
Near as I can figure that is from nowhere as in the artist just made up geography to suit his art....
The bridge view looks like the north end from the bay looking east (the slope around the bridge), but then there wouldn't be a city past it it would be the ocean.
You're right. I got my settings mixed up. The Academy is on the Presidio, but SF Headquarters is right next door. It overlooks Horseshoe Bay The Perpetual artwork looks to be Starfeet Headquarters. Here's a comparison screenshot of SF HQ after the Breen attack on Earth during the Dominion war.
My only issue is I dont have much faith in them creating something very good. Not because I think Cryptic are bad or anything but simply going by the content we have in-game currently just feels like it could have been drawn up a bit better.
The concept art really is very nice but again I doubt wed see something as magnificant as that in-game. And until we can id rather leave it out.
