SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS
-WINDOWS XP
Open MyComputer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Click the circle labeled show hidden files and folders. Below the option you have just selected, uncheck the box labeled hide extensions for known file types. Click Ok
-WINDOWS VISTA & WINDOWS 7
Click Start\MyComputer, then click Organize, click Folder and Search Options, click the tab labeled "View", click the circle labeled "show hidden files and folders". Below the option you have just selected, uncheck the box labeled hide extensions for known file types. Click Ok
ADDING FILES TO THE APPLICATION EXCEPTION LIST
Open the Net Nanny AdminTools. Click Application Exceptions (found under Exceptions.) Click Add. After the list populates click Custom Application, below the list and click Browse. Browse to the main directory for STAR TREK ONLINE, and add all listed .exe's, and all .exe's in all the subdirectories.
Reboot the computer
