Need help

Just got the game but can't play because it keeps freezing i believe it's because of the computers video card but i dont know for sure the game only started to work for a moment when i put the graphics at max on the options please if anyone can help the computers graphics card specs are mobile intel(R) 965 if anything else is needed to determine what else the problem could be please list them thanks also rest of computer specs

    your running an onboard 368mb graphics chip. it will technically play the game at low settings, but high is a pipe dream

    You'll want to update the graphics driver with the Have Disk method.

    That system hasnt a hope in hell of running any game created in the last 5-6 years, let alone run STO. Read milehighscott's FAQ's. It contains a section on exactly what you an do with your drivers to make this game playable on your laptop.
