I got a mail from paypal telling me money was taken from my account (even though I have no recurring payment plans in paypal! so this is weird by itself..) but my STO account is still suspended.
So I payed, but where did the money go? Why is my account still suspended?
And WHY was money taken from my account while I had no recurring plans in my paypal account...
I also made a ticked but they did not answer that yet so maybe other users have the same thing going on...
Woah, I can reply now! I was also "suspended" for the last couple days, and I have no idea why. I'm assuming it's more billing issue shenanigans. According to the account page, I can "re-activate" my account, but that appears to only be done by paying for another subscription. I already paid for 6 months, and the money was withdrawn on the 5th.
I have submitted a ticket and messaged a couple of the devs with no luck (not surprised, of course, considering how many people are probably doing the same thing). I am tempted to call in, but have heard about the horrid hold times. Is there any way to get this issue resolved simply, like the person who wrote this thread, so I'm not losing more play time I have payed for?
