I have this strange problem when inside certain base tile sets, parts of the meshes seem to have no textures being displayed. They appear totally black. For instance when I'm in a cave base..if its a large room made up of say six or so meshes maybe two of the meshes will appear totally black. This appears to be a random problem and the cave meshes are not the only ones not being displayed. I've tried tweeking the video as much as I can, but it does no good. This problem occurs in at least three different tile sets that I know of for me and for the life of me I can't figure out why. It never occurs in space or on planets. Only inside bases..while other tile sets are totally and always fine..klingon base sets for example never have this problem. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Mind you this is not the flickering problem people reported..I have that also..this is a total lack of textures being displayed..so the object or mesh tile appears a flat black color while one next to it displays absolutely fine. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

1. provide a dxdiag report of your system
2. Provide a screen shot of the problem stating mission and map location so maybe coderanger couuld possibly identify the texture set incase it is a bad file on your pc.
