I am impressed with the game overall but when it comes to the following I must say I am thoroughly dissappointed.

1.) Klingon Faction's storyline is repeditive, boring, and 200% predictable.
2.) Keybindings are periodically reset once you are disconnected! And that happens alot.
3.) What exactly is the point of the Bridge? Most players do not interest themselves in immersing themselves in their characters - so please for the love of all that is holy - tell me, what is the point?
4.) How many more times do I have to materialise only to find my character stuck in the wall?
5.) The Borg Hunt and the Federation Ice Mining Fleet Action - Klingon Ship not matter how large stands little or no chance. Once again - whats the point of being slaughter time and time again for a mere 78 skill points?
6.) Federation voice-overs for Klingon is a bit unrealistic, not to say insulting to Klingon Characters.
7.) Where's all the alien ships?
8.) The Klingon PvP Queue system sucks - either there is no one to fight or you are totally outgunned.
9.) The content is unrealistic to the Star Trek universe - Please show me where the Federation developed cloaking technology? Whats the point of giving every faction this skill? As if the federations ships are not overrated vs klingon ships already.

I am dissatisfied with Klingon PvE as there is simply NO story here. What's the point of having officers that can e trained in ground sklills only never to see them being used?

I am impressed with the game overall but when it comes to the following I must say I am thoroughly dissappointed.

1.) Klingon Faction's storyline is repeditive, boring, and 200% predictable.

    True enough..
2.) Keybindings are periodically reset once you are disconnected! And that happens alot.

I think I've come across this one.
3.) What exactly is the point of the Bridge? Most players do not interest themselves in immersing themselves in their characters - so please for the love of all that is holy - tell me, what is the point?

You don't have to visit your bridge, you know.
4.) How many more times do I have to materialise only to find my character stuck in the wall?

    Never had that one.
5.) The Borg Hunt and the Federation Ice Mining Fleet Action - Klingon Ship not matter how large stands little or no chance. Once again - whats the point of being slaughter time and time again for a mere 78 skill points?

    This I don't know..
8.) The Klingon PvP Queue system sucks - either there is no one to fight or you are totally outgunned.

Hopefully this will balance out with FvF PvP.
9.) The content is unrealistic to the Star Trek universe - Please show me where the Federation developed cloaking technology?

Prior to TNG (illegally). In DS9, the Romulans allowed the Federation to install a cloaking device on the Defiant.

These are some of the things that will truly make my toes curl:

1.) Make Romulan, & Cardassian playable factions.
2.) Expand the 3 career paths (Tactical, Engineering, Science). Use a pyramid system, something like the following. (Imagine in your minds-eye overlapping pyramids). The players selects Tactical. He/ She plays through the 1st tier. On 2nd tier there are three specilist "paths" the tactical officer could take, e.g. Security, Helm, Ordinance. Under each of these new unique skills could be acquired. This would truly lead to players creating unique styles of gamplay, which would set their toons apart from each other.
3.) Allow the bridge to become the players central point - a gamemaster of sorts. Players could access PvE missions etc on the bridge in true Star Trek style with periodic "on-screen" content.
    4.) I wanna build stuff!
    5.) More and more Villians!
6.) There are many exisiting species in Star Trek - why make up new ones? e.g. In one of the Klingong missions there is mention of the Dalankrit? I could me wrong but is there such a race?
    7.) Capture and defend sectors.
8.) Central Command & Government - players with highest rank or skill should be allow to form high ranking officials that no-one else has access to - unless perhaps the idea of rebellion is thought of. Perhaps fleets could PvP against highest ranking to win the honour? Why not give these players unique, one-of-a-kind ship configurations as privelege.
    9.) Diplomacy, Espionage.
10.) Capture resources - why not have fleet action as part of a freighter boarding action for PvP. Ships are assigned to escort duty. The enemy can be engaged in both space and on-ship.
11.) Rescue Missions/ Defend outpost/ Assault as part of ground PvP.

    More to come...

I dislike the fact that we only get three character slots, i mean do i use my third slot or keep it for when a new faction is released because im sure as hell not going to buy anymore from C-store after spending a shed load of cash on a Lifetime Membership. I mean they could of gave us an extra slot just for putting our faith in the company hell ive played free MMO's with more Character slots than this game, so come on Cryptic stop fleaseing players your being unreasonable and also tell us if we should keep the slot reserved or not.

I also think the pvp system is a joke i mean you fly to each system in the Donatu sector and you cannot enter, instead your queue system appears and you join the back of the line, why not just do away with this and make every pvp system a Warzone system like Kerrat but without borg. This would save alot of waiting around because at the moment you Devs just seem lazy because your so called war at the moment is ill thought out and resonates like a border skirmish and nothing more.

Erm you are aware that with lifetime subscriptions you receive additional slots right

    Eg a lifetimer has

    2 standard
    +1 klingon unlock
    +2 lifetime.

Since there are only 3 classes you do not really need more.

@Talshadaraq I believe Romulans will be playable at the end of episode 1 (september-october I think)

My biggest beefs with STO is that for PVE it has very little replayability right now.

    1. All classes have the same mission line and so rolling a new character is boring
    2. Klingons have no nice PVE so no use rolling one of them for anything but pvp
    3. Patrols and Defend missions are really boring to me, not to mention have a very thin storyline
    4. The main mission line is more immersive but you come to points you have to do patrols/fleet action/pvp to get the next mission.

And that entire genesis system becomes utterly boring after 3 runs.

Right now I enjoy PVP and Fleet actions the most and that is strange since I am normally more attracted to storyline pve

I hope they make a decent PVE with interresting missions for Romulans. If they make them PVP like Klingons I will be sad

I think there will be uproar when players have to delete their RA5's to play as a new faction and as for not getting even one character slot is simply outragous as we invested in the company placing our faith in Cryptic and the way they treat us is frankly appalling.

Well we do not know what will happen to character slots when new empires are released, for all we know it will be like with klingons finish a quest or reach a certain level to get 1 free slot to play that empire.

All of your other point are valid this one isn't though. To answer your question when did starfleet develop cloaking technology, in the Voyager series during Ep. Endgame part 2. I'll pose one back to you though were did klingon ge federation ablative technology?

    MICROPAY, all I can say.

Why give more character slots when you are going to spend money to unlock more using the C-store.

Why give more ships with each release when you can charge people to buy uniforms for the ships from the C-store.

Are we all seeing the pattern here?

Standby for ship interiors cause I bet my wallet that even MORE C-store MICROPAY transactions are coming.

    As for the OP...
1.) Klingon Faction's storyline is repeditive, boring, and 200% predictable.

Coulldnt agree more, after experiencing HOUSE battles, and absolutely hating it, I have leveld my klingon through the mind numbingly repetetive non-exploration missions. My largest problem with this whole thing is a lack of level restrictions. Getting killed by a same level character is different from getting mowed down by an RA5 when you are a LT.

Though I will say the environmental catastrophy was so funny that I had trouble seeing my huge monitor I was crying with laughter, killing tribbles and then poisoning the water supply of an entire planet to kill tribbles was awesome, and made better because it was under the guise of an environmental mission.
2.) Keybindings are periodically reset once you are disconnected! And that happens alot.

Havent noticed this happen to me.
3.) What exactly is the point of the Bridge? Most players do not interest themselves in immersing themselves in their characters - so please for the love of all that is holy - tell me, what is the point?

Have to agree, though I think they are doing things to make this different.
4.) How many more times do I have to materialise only to find my character stuck in the wall?

This has happened to me, but a bug report should address the issues for everyone, this one I will take a pause on, I have seen them fixing these as they crop up.
5.) The Borg Hunt and the Federation Ice Mining Fleet Action - Klingon Ship not matter how large stands little or no chance. Once again - whats the point of being slaughter time and time again for a mere 78 skill points?

Haven't run these, but in general the points arent matching up.
6.) Federation voice-overs for Klingon is a bit unrealistic, not to say insulting to Klingon Characters.

I would prefer something I can understand, I don't speak Klingon.
7.) Where's all the alien ships?

    I don't know.
8.) The Klingon PvP Queue system sucks - either there is no one to fight or you are totally outgunned.

    I answered this on number 1, I agree 1000%.
9.) The content is unrealistic to the Star Trek universe - Please show me where the Federation developed cloaking technology? Whats the point of giving every faction this skill? As if the federations ships are not overrated vs klingon ships already.

I don't watch or haven't watched every episode, but I have seen several examples of this, I don't think its every ship or even something outside of special mission set-ups, at least from the episodes I saw. It generally doesnt fit in with the feds talk first fire second attitude. I would like to see my shields down unless I raised them though. That's one thing I remember from almost every Star trek movie and a huge number of shows, they ddidn't run about with the shields up.

Incorrect. That was an exclusive for pre-order BETA. The current liftetime subscription since launch does not offer 2 additional slots.

I would also suspect that as they add in new playable factions, they will grant a free character slot.

Since Factions will most-likely be Expansion Packs the additional slots will probably be included as part of the EP cost.

They might be part of a paid expansion, but you never know. They do throw items into the C-Store every so often so if they are making a decent profit from those, it may help fund new factions and such.

What are you doing playing an RPG then? The reason y we have bridges is because all of us who wanted to immerse ourselves in our character begged Cryptic for bridges; viola, Cryptic answers.

"LUG - Ship Recognition Manual 3 - The Klingons obtained ablative armor technology from their Federation allies shortly before the beginning of the Dominion War, but have not yet had time to introduce it into the fleet as a whole..." pg. 8

I agree with you completely. Being an ardent Star Trek fanatic, I believe that the developer should stick to the "script they were given" in the films and seasons. There is already a rich source of content to be delved into - it just takes some extra effort of researching it - Hell, I would be glad to lend a hand seeing that I am a developer!

Its a bit annoying seeing Federation armed to the teeth with disruptor technology, Klingons firing Federation weapons, and then just to make sure it's really confusing, Romulan and Borg technology gets thrown into the mix.

Ship classes, size etc, should define what faction-specific weapons they can carry. Period. That is the way things work. Certain Ships can only carry certain weapon compliments. Why not introduce some form of weapon-booster capability. Allow the user to define that "booster-packs" can be added. Currently the uncommon, and rare items, etc are pre-defined. Why not allow the players to boost their affects by buying "sim-packs" or the sorts. These packs could become available during missions, rewards, levelling bonuses, etc.

What about some extra ships for the Klingon faction? I know there are more - Currently there appears to only be ships covering three main groups viz. Warships and Cruisers, and then the Specialised Grouping for Carriers etc. What happened to the others? i.e Frigates, Destroyers, Fast-Attack ships, Escorts etc.

the third slot is an unlock when you complete the Blood of Warrior Accolade.

Did anyone asked for the camera to be turned around after a map transition? I find this pretty annoying, considering that I want to see where I'm going, not where I come from, even more, there's nothing behind my ship, It's the damn map edge!!!!!

I agree on this one. Couldn't they have just gave everyone rifles, disruptor, etc and base the type of damage on the physical part of the weapon and not the energy type. All federation players ONLY get phaser weapons, but a rifle will knock out shields, and a disruptor will cause AoE, or something like that.

I'd specially would LOVE to c it in space combat, all fed ships get phaser weapons, but phaser beams do system damage while phaser banks have a chance to do resistance debuff.
