So where can I get a detailed listing of BO skills? I want to know all the stats on all the skills so I can know exactly what they do and how they work. I want numbers please.
it's just that I've been disappointed by too many BO abilities that sound cool, but are not all that. like gravity well, A large AOE that sucks in the ships caught in it's grasp doing dammage. sounds cool, but when I use it in PvP or PvE it just gets shrugged off. I don't even notice the ships slow down as they fly right through it.
Also energy drains, how much do they hurt, it's really hard to tell there, especially in the heat of combat. I want to know how effective things are.
Thank you, but I'm looking for more info, like How much energy does Energy Siphon I drain, and how much of that do you get back? and how much energy do people have and what can they do to effect that?
I'm working on this, but there are so many variables that a true base state list for all abilities is going to take a while. Just filtering out which abilities are affected by ship system power levels and which aren't is a substantial undertaking for one guy, and then there are consoles, deflectors, skill chains, target resistances, and so on to factor in. Some abilities even seem to switch skill dependencies when moving from level to level, which is a huge kick in the teeth when it comes to figuring out how to design effective setups.
Tyken's Rift is an example of a skill that can vary wildly depending on whether or not you went about enhancing it- a basic minimally enhanced Tyken's Rift I will barely dent a ship's power levels, but a well-enhanced Tyken's Rift III can downright cripple enemies, halting them, turning off shields, and otherwise causing havoc.
