OK, so I tried to log into the game and the Launcher tells me that there's an "Account error" and to contact billing support.
I check my account status here with STO.
Billing method is blank...huh?
"Hmmm..", I'm thinking, "I submitted this weeks ago."
I resubmitted my account info, but still can't get back into the game.
What happened to the account billing info I submitted before?
How long after or how many times do I have to submit it before I can log back into the game?
