So I started playing STO on release and also succumbed into buying a Lifetime Sub, then I took a small break due to IRL issues. If memory serves there was a slight problem or window where anyone who bought a Lifetime Sub just before release did not have it showing on their account and Cryptic said that they were aware of this issue and was looking for a way to fix it.
So I come back now ready to play and to my suprise I'm still missing it showing on My Account page, checked logging in to see if Liberated Borg option is there but nope, also missing. Sent a bunch of tickets and seem to get an auto response each and everytime.
So was just wondering if anyone else still has this problem (or did) and how did they go to rectifying it?

EDIT: Also I still have the PayPal confirmation, email confirming activation and checked the bank that the funds have cleared and they have. so 100% sure I payed for it.
Something definitely odd about your purchase, one of the billing team is trying to figure out what it did now. Will report back when we have more information.
Oh, didn't expect a reply so fast, should have come and reported it here first instead of ticketing so much :P.
Great thanks, I've activated the retails on the acc and even an extra retail copy today to see if somethign was wrong the first time, but still nothing showing.
