I've been a good defender of cryptic up to this point. If you look at about half my posts during beta you will see why I said "Crpytic did the best they could, now get lost."

There is a lot of info there and only part of it do I have a touchy understanding of.
Please Help me fix this ASAP. I'm jumping through a lot of hoops so I can play the game.

Can you please be a bit more descriptive in describing the problems you are having. Can you install the game? Can you patch to the latest version? Can you log into the game? Can you join the game and play? Where does the breakdown happen? Do you receive any error messages, what are they? What have you tried to do to fix your issue? The Error Code was using your built-in error client. You should have recieved that upload, took almost half an hour. Second of all, if you would just LOOK - AT - THE - FORUM - POST You will see the problem already discribed.

My reply was such as it was, considering that there is no "reply" option I could find anywhere.
Anyways, ya, no more sympathy when I go to all this trouble to do all of the background work and everything else... Just to get a "**** You Customer" Message.
Yeah anyways, I know who I'm ranting too. But I do feel a wee bit more justified and the wall is currently out of reach AND I've already made my forehead sore with face + plants.

And I really hate to say this. I know CCP is a bunch of #%#@ #
@^^%#@# (this goes on for ever). But at least the first "**** You Customer" was with an actualy support agent. Not just Mr. Copy n Paste Jr. (Dead n Revived Twice, Twice Removed, and Great-Great-Great-Grandson of a Clone.. to name a few).
Anyways, Useless post just like the others... too bad I don't have anything better to do atm.

The simple fact is, if cryptic were having extreme problems, every player would be feeling the effects. Theyre not. 99.9% of players who report dc's, server not responding issues on this forums, end up finding out that its a setting on their system, or a problem with their ISP.
And second of all:
I'm NOT mad that issue was not solved (In fact I did try, and am still trying).
What I AM mad is that I went to all the extra effort to give Cryptic all the info I could and the only thing I get in return is a reply that CLEARLY SHOWS that the support agent didn't so much as even GLANCE at it. I mean what more could I have given the agent?
I gave him a link to a forum post WHICH I MADE with MY CURRENT ISSUE. Morever, with pretty much ALL THE DETAIL POSSIBLE.
Now let be sympathetic once more. I understand your job is to "filter" the forums for trolls - I did that for a while too - but since you yourself CLEARLY didn't click on the link, I'd suggest you actually look into the issue - IN DETAIL - before you go posting that **** on me.

And btw Mod, I'd kindly suggest that you, instead of posting yourself, kick this issue up to a higher mod who actually might have an idea about any of this. Dear god just CLICK on the link I put there.
--- BTW the issue was never solved and it is actually patch related not connection related because I happend RIGHT after a patch.
And furthermore, I only get to play this game once ever few nights and I don't even get to do that cause I'm disconnecting - most of which I really doubt is my fault. I only gave ground those forum agents because I wanted to be reasonable and I hate dealing with douchebags so I don't like to be one.
Which is why I will say this to you mod.

Any more reason? The reason you gave me is completely incorrect and shows neither any understanding of the issue or how wide-spread it is at all, nor any clue at all as to exactly what the issue is, nor any real idea at all exactly what your job is.
A little tip on modding. When people have actually done their homework, you don't get involved... Gets a bit messy when you do.
