Nebula Question General Level.

Hi all.
I'm a Brig General 2 and i'm finding i can't enter any nebula's other than Chos.
Is that normal?
If it is why is the game so restricting like this?
Why can't i go fight Romulans if i want to? :)

    that is something i think they should change, all nebulas should be playable as you advance, but the difficulty should be based on your rank, and you should be rewarded with rank appropriate gear in loot drops.

    Agreed.
    To much restriction exists at the moment.
    It doesn't make any sense.

    Ah, I was not aware of that restriction. That might explain why I cannot enter the Azure Nebula to kill Romulans at Captian level becasue it is a Commander level quest?

    Kind of lame if you never did the quest and now i can't even get the intial skill points for killing one round.
