thats all, any friendlies within its effective range would have a chance of being affected also. 10% maybe...5%, 2%.

    Hmm i wonder how many of the aoe options are actualy used ? ANd if further disadvanteges to them would make them even less (if thats possible) popular.

    I assumed "Gravity Well", "Scramble Sensors", "Charged Particle Blast" and others would still be used...especially if RSP and FBP get nerfed.

    Charged particle ? It has 5km range, it has very limited use. But i was more thinking about cannon:spread and torpedo spread :)

    While this makes logical sense, the reason that this cannot be implemented is a factor that is inherent in the nature of the internet.

    How many klingons fly around you cloaked closer than 5km ?
