Hello,
please help me, I'm getting crazy!
I bought the Digital Online Deluxe version of STO and a 60 days Game Time Card.
I activated first the digital online deluxe key and then the GTC key
I was already playing for 3 weeks, I reached commander 7 rank
Now, since today, I cannot login, the launcher says "Account error, please contact billing support"
In the dashboard I only see "You haven't bought any Cryptic games" or similar (I'm playing it in german)
I can't create a support ticket because the mouse click on any support category doesn't do anything. Its not working - so I can't contact the billing support from my account too!!!!
I sent the normal message to billing support outside from my account... no reaction.
HELP! What is happened, what is wrong?

I'm getting frustrated ... here in the forum I can't get the support too....? No usefull answers here with information?

Both for Champions Online AND Star Trek. All of Cryptic Servers are dead... at least the account. I have the proper games, unused (was, I have them now, obviously), but it still doesn't work! I though Cryptic was down for a FREE WEEKEND (All Cryptic Games would be un-playable for 3 days), but as of now.... something is wrong. So nothing can be done, really.... except submitting Tickets and complaining. I have not gotten any responses at all on mine... soooo
