Hello,

please help me, I'm getting crazy!

I bought the Digital Online Deluxe version of STO and a 60 days Game Time Card.
I activated first the digital online deluxe key and then the GTC key
I was already playing for 3 weeks, I reached commander 7 rank
Now, since today, I cannot login, the launcher says "Account error, please contact billing support"
In the dashboard I only see "You haven't bought any Cryptic games" or similar (I'm playing it in german)
I can't create a support ticket because the mouse click on any support category doesn't do anything. Its not working - so I can't contact the billing support from my account too!!!!
I sent the normal message to billing support outside from my account... no reaction.

HELP! What is happened, what is wrong?

    You shouldn't, however you should put in a billing support ticket asking for clarification about your account. (no passwords though, please).

    Are similar problems known or is it an unique case?
    Do I have to write an e-mail to billing@crypticstudios.com if my ticket stays not answered?

    I've seen some postings from customers still waiting for over one week or 10 days for a response to their billing support ticket due to an account error. Waiting w/o success.

    I'm getting frustrated ... here in the forum I can't get the support too....? No usefull answers here with information?



    Moderators, Admins, Devs: are you there? Please help! I want to play the bought game...

    I went and checked your account. Your key was reported as a fraudulent purchase by your vendor. Please contact whoever you bought the game from and ask them to reverse the report.

    I thank you for the answer! Now I have a clear answer and know whats the problem. Is it possible to buy another copy of STO and reactivate my existing account without loosing the reached progress ig?

    Yes, you can apply a new key to your account (though I would be very sure it is purchased from a reliable vendor this time).

    I purshased that key from a vendor with just only 98 assessment points on ebay. taht vendor was a shortly time later banned from ebay and I received a message from ebay support if I expirienced any problem with that vendor and so on. But at this time anything worked fine so I didn't react.

    That vendors name is firegames24

    Edit: I've got the money back from paypal. Damn thiefes.

    I was ingame playing and was disconnected and got the contact support as well. I bought my game from Best Buy and have the hard copy to prove it. Now I'm getting the same account suspended message.

    Ok so it let's me login, however, I had several times tonight while running some missions where it booted me and gave me same message to contact support. I'd really like an explaination of why my account was suspended or if its a bug.

    I got the same problem. I can login to the launcher, then Account Error, please contact Billing Support.
    Both for Champions Online AND Star Trek. All of Cryptic Servers are dead... at least the account. I have the proper games, unused (was, I have them now, obviously), but it still doesn't work! I though Cryptic was down for a FREE WEEKEND (All Cryptic Games would be un-playable for 3 days), but as of now.... something is wrong. So nothing can be done, really.... except submitting Tickets and complaining. I have not gotten any responses at all on mine... soooo

    I understand that I am able to play but is this Suspended label ever going to be fixed in our accounts? Were two months into the game and you would think you guys could resolve this and fix it already! Would really like to look at my account status being listed as active.
