Suggestion Forum?

Perhaps I'm not having a good day and can't find it.... but is there a suggestion forum?

So I'll list the couple I have here...

PvP Queue- Is it possible to show place in line? Yeah, I can know if there are 60 people in there, but where do I stand. I've missed a number of queue pops simply for being away for longer than a minute. At T5 fed side, you don't get them to pop very often, so its important to notice them.

PvP Queue2- This might be a bug, but sometimes it will not show the pop dialogue. It seems to happen most often when transitioning maps. It will stay hidden on the PvP menu.

Exchange - Ability to limit search #? Of everything that could cause lag in the game, the exchange seems to cause a tremendous amount when using it. Searching traits/skills on Bridge officers would be great. As well as knowing the gender. Looking for specific style officers can be a pain when you have to guess alien names.

Well, that's what I got for now. I have loads of opinions on skill style changes, but I'd rather see functionality first, then skill (un)balance.

No I guess the entire forum is one big suggestion box. I have no clue how the devs filter out wheat from the chaff.

A suggestion section would be nice.

There's an entire forum section labelled 'Feedback' that, presumably, is there to filter things down into specific kinds of suggestions (as suggestions to Combat are different from suggestions to, say, Crafting).

I really wish that they had a meta.stackoverflow.com style suggestion board where we could vote up suggestions without commenting and making the discussion hard to follow.
