Three times I've had to create a ticket involving subscriptions. The first one involved my account not being active despite entering a retail key because no sub was apparently attached to the account. When that was fixed, I sent a second ticket because my pre-order 12month sub wasn't showing up, I got assured that all was fine, it didn't show because the first month coming with the retail key was still being used up. But I surely would be able for 13 months total without fault.
Today I return to ST:O after a break in order to play Mass Effect 2. Universe is saved once again so I wanted to see about attempting the same in the Star Trek setting. But sure enough, I cannot patch and get sent off with "Account error, please contact Billing support".
So apparently two tickets are not enough to make sure I can actually get what I paid for. Good game Cryptic. I would like to discuss a refund because I lost faith in your ability to deliver.
