Charged for monthly subscription when I already paid for lifetime

Got a lovely E-mail this morning stating that my PayPal account has been charged another $14.99 for a monthly subscription. This is funny because I have a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION that I had already paid for three weeks ago. I submitted a ticket this morning, let's see how long it takes for them to respond. To answer the obvious, yes I started out as a monthly subscriber but changed it to lifetime after two weeks.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Email sent to production team. Looks like you have both subs (1mo and lifetime) setup and active still.

    This is not cryptics fault.
You still got the 1 month sub active in your paypal and they cannot do anything about that.
Go to your paypal, remove the sub, and you should be fine.
And ofcourse, get your refund from cryptic.

Thanks to Cryptic for their prompt response on this - and I did delete that monthly subscription off of my PayPal account once I saw the initial monthly charge come through.
