Also ich habe mir ganz normal STO gekauft und dann installiert auf meinem PC es hat alles geklappt und habe den Product Key eingegeben und dann Registriert!
Habe dann mit Mail best

    So I bought quite normal STO and then installed on my PC it worked out everything and have entered the product key and then Join!
    I then confirmed by email and I logged on the website and everything worked perfectly ....

    But when I opened the game and then entered my acc data have (correctly typed)
    Stand down only in the left corner "error account. Please Contact Billing Support

    I do not know what I have done wrong to tell me that a PLS!!

    You need a retail key (purchase the game)
    You need an active subscription to the game

    i think the same thing happened to me for some reason the payment/GTC i put in weeks ago has been removed from my account. have you checked your subscription status ?

    Your subscription expired and you have never put in a payment method. You can do this from your account dashboard. Also, in the future please be aware this forum is English-only. If you want to ask a question in German, please use the German forum.
