Assuming I want some of the in-game bonii avaiable in the Collector's Edition (namely, the Wrath of Khan uniform) , and I currently have the DDE, is there any way to obtain them?
If I buy a CE will I keep all my DDE equipage? I'm thinking of buying a copy anyway for the artbook alone.

Tes, you keep them
Though, the Wrath of Khan uniform set is available outside of buying another edition of the game...
One of the Star Trek:TNG DVD box sets (IIRC, it's for Season 4) has a code in it that unlocks just the Wrath of Khan uniform set.
Matter of fact, five seconds with Google produced this code:
JIH MUSHA SOH
Enter that where you enter your game key, and enjoy your Wrath of Khan uniform.
But if you do want another version reward item (as mentioned, the WoK uniform is from something else altogether), not only will you get the rewards offered in that version but you'll get 30 more free days.
...unless you're a lifetime subscriber.
Just be sure you add the CD Key to your existing account rather than creating a new account.

Gonna pretend I didn't see that and just order me up a copy of the CE for the artbook, thanks.
I meant the JIH MUSHA bleh-bleh-bleh one.
You can buy multiple copies and use all their keys, it's common enough in game, so people could get complete sets of unlocks.
No, you won't. That Google search led me to a post on THIS VERY FORUM, when that code was noised about quite often. Here's even a link for you:
