I got a the Star Trek Online Digital Deluxe Edition PreOrder from DLgamer. It all worked succesfully, I downloaded the game, installed it, patched it, entered the code and it worked. I played for a long time and I did a good chunk of it. Then, I left it for a while. I recently tried to come back to it and found that I had an account problem. I did all the usual stuff and re-entered the code. Nothing worked so I contacted Cryptic. They told me that the key I entered was just the pre-order code for the bonus stuff and that I should have been given a second key to allow me access to the full game, which I wasn't sent. I've just e-mailed DLgamer about it. I've also checked and it seems that I've only paid £10 instead of the full £44. Does that mean that I have only paid the £10 for the pre-order stuff and I haven't paid the other £34 for the full game? If so, how do I purchase the full game?
Any help would be much appreciated

Sounds like you'd need to work with DLGamer but if you only paid 10 versus the 44 it may have just been the pre order / beta key.
I bought the "pre order" from Target here in the USA for $0.99, it gave me pre order status and access to the beta, but I still had to pay $49 for the retail game on launch day.
If it was suppose to be automatic by spending the 10 up front then it sounds like DLGamer needs to address it for you. Perhaps you can get a better deal now, some retailers dropped the price in the last few weeks.
I'll post back with the result
Now, if only I could get that GeForce 8900 graphics card I so desperately need:P
Interesting fact: You can play STO with a graphics card UNDER the minimum requirements. Who'da thunk it
