Can anyone give me tips on the best 2 starting traits to use for a Human tact officer? Im about to roll one right now and what to start on the right foot for a solid build. Thanks for the help, much appreciated!

    I have no particular observations about this but thought I'd point you towards the Tactical Officer forum. You'll likely get far more valid responses there.

    There's really no such thing as 'the best trait', and you kinda need to get away from that thinking if you want meaningful responses around here.

    'cause it really depends on what you wanna do. See, follow the logic here...

    Most folks would recommend that you take Warp Theorist. Which boosts your Starship Warp Core Training skill. Fine.

    But that assumes you will be putting points into Starship Warp Core Training. If you DON'T, then Warp Theorist is useless - it's a skill boost. You need to actually have the skill. So we could tell you to take 'Warp Theorist', but that recommendation alone wouldn't be helpful.

    In any case, people like Warp Theorist because most folks care about space combat. But if your aim is to excel in ground combat, then you'd have different priorities.

    It all depends on what you wanna do with your character.
