I am more inclined to dispute the charge so you adsorb the resulting charge-back fees if you all cannot be bothered to respond to email but apparently can tell me to call on the web forum?

If its not in gold, it didn't come from Cryptic. I have already emailed the production team to ask if the 30 day bonus is supposed to stack, since I'm not sure. If I remember from CO, it doesn't since the bonus is for signup (which you only do once).

Q: Do the exclusive items stack? Can I get more than one thing?
A: Yes, different items stack. So if someone purchased multiple copies of the game from various retailers, he would receive all those items for EACH character created. Included playtime will still stack as well. However, the same bonus does not stack. So if someone purchases from Wal Mart twice, he cannot get two 500 point skill bonuses for the same character. (Each character will get one).

To clarify, that response with the contact info in it was *not* post by a Cryptic employee. Their names show up in gold on the left of the post. That was just another forum member trying to be helpful. Much like this one.
I purchased two retail versions but had to re-sub at end of 30.
Not contacted billing yet as i had seen that we were waiting an aswer...although its a mute point as far as im concerned as we were allready advised they would stack...so i guess i will get on to billing muahahaha
